***EXHIBITOR RENTAL AGREEMENT***
The undersigned (hereinafter called the “Exhibitor”) hereby applies for space in the KINGS AND CLASSICS
show Rockton Fairgrounds 812 Old Highway 8 Rockton Ontario. Exhibitor has read and agrees to abide by the rules and
regulations for exhibitors listed on this agreement.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE & PERMITS
10'x10' Vendor Space is $150.00 for the Weekend (Larger Vendor Space available by request)

Disclaimer: This event is hosted by Kings and Classics. In consideration of acceptance of the right to participate: entrants, participants and spectators release and discharge Kings and Classics, all their directors, officers, agents, representatives, and anyone else connected with management and presentation of the show, from any known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant, participant, or spectator to their person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of any form from all liability occasioned from the conduct of any entrant, participant or spectator, or under the direction of any entrant, participant or spectator. Any and all media taken by Kings and Classics related to any participant, vehicle, spectator etc. becomes the property of Kings and Classics. Kings and Classics have the right to refuse entry to any vehicle. There will be a $30 charge for any NSF cheques
