| Move In and Set-up |

Exhibitor spaces will be available for set-up from 6:00 am til 9:00 am on July 13th and July 14th, 2013. Some special arrangements may be made for set-up on Friday July 12th during daytime hours (10:00 am - 6:00 pm). For details contact Ray Michaels @ 416-720-9439 |

Move-in hours will be strictly enforced for security purposes. |

Exhibitors requiring electrical service will be charged a fee. |
 |
All outdoor exhibitors must provide their own electrical power (i.e. quiet generators). Vendors must supply own extension cords and power bars. |

| Exhibit Hours |

Outdoor exhibit hours are from 9:00am until 6:00pm |
 |
Subletting of space by exhibitor is not allowed. Booth space must be used solely by the company/person and for the products and services stipulated by the rental agreement. |
 |
Exhibitor display and merchandise must remain within the confines of the contracted space. Exhibited materials must not overflow into the aisles. Distribution of literature and sales aids must take place within assigned space. |
 |
The use of amplified sound is discouraged. |
 |
Exhibitors are requested to maintain a neat and orderly appearance at all times. |
 |
Exhibitors must supply own tables and tents. |

| Breakdown and Move-Out |
 |
 |
Move out will commence at 6:00 pm on Sunday July 14th |
 |
Exhibitors will be required to remain open and operational until that time. No Exceptions. |
 |
Move out of all buildings and/or grounds must be completed no later than 8:00pm on July 14th |

| General Insurance Liability |
 |
| Kings and Classics, its agents, representatives, sponsors, employees or volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the exhibit or the exhibitor’s employees or property from any cause or condition. |

|
